You shall not access, store, distribute, permit to be distributed or transmit any material during the course of your use of the Teach Platform, that:
(a).
is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing or racially or ethnically offensive or otherwise prejudices respect for human dignity;
(b).
is discriminatory or promotes discrimination based on sex, racial or ethnic origin, nationality, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation;
(c).
promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
(d).
depicts sexually suggestive or sexually explicit images;
(e).
promotes unlawful violence or encourages behaviour prejudicial to health or safety;
(f).
encourage behaviour grossly prejudicial to the protection of the environment;
(g).
directly exhorts such persons to purchase or rent goods or services in a manner which exploits their inexperience or credulity; or
(h).
is otherwise illegal or causes damage or injury to any person or property.
2.
Teach shall have absolute discretion in determining whether any materials contravenes this Policy and you agree to accept Teach’s decision as final.
